Olympic Archer Visits Greenfields

Today we were very lucky to have Alison Williamson, who is competing in Archery at the London Olympics visit our school. She told us all about her sport and career in Archery, as well as giving an amazing demonstration! She also showed us the Olympic Torch that she carried in Much Wenlock and the Bronze Medal she won at the Athens Olympics!


  1. Hi Poplar, Reuben here! I just want to say that I have had the best year of Greenfields yet! I honestly think that I can't have a better year! My best moment is proberly when Mr Holmes, Mrs Pugh and Mrs Thomas had to wear the protective suits for everybody writes day. Thank you poplar I will miss you!!!
