Arts Week
This week we have been focusing on art for other cultures. Firstly, we looked at Asian art and made our own Japanese fans. On Tuesday we had a go at pointalism, a typical Aboriginal style of art. Next, we studied African art and made our own African masks. On Thursday and Friday we focused on art a little closer to home and designed London postcards. Finally, with the Olympics just around the corner, we made wire models of athletes in various poses.

Throughout the day we took part in various literacy activities, such as:
We all had a thoroughly enjoyable day and produced some excellent work!
